Rev. Robert Mincks
President / Missions Director

Robert Mincks has been in the work of evangelism, church planting, missions, and pastoring since 1981. Robert has specialized most of his life in working with indigenous groups including native Americans of the southwest. Robert specializes in Spirit-filled ministry and with those in various forms of Recovery ministries, re-socialization, and Christian Education, Discipleship .Rev. Mincks is an ordained minister and has worked under various church organizations through the years.In 2001, Robert and his wife, Jennifer, began working in east Africa. LSI at that time was working under the auspices of National Heritage Foundation. In 2007, Lifestreams incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.Robert is the founder of Lifestreams and currently serves as president of the board and LSI Missions Director.

Greg Bowman
Board Member, Secretary-Treasurer

Greg Bowman, CPA, is a native of Auckland, New Zealand and has extensive experience in accounting, finance, organizational strategy. Throughout his life he has been involved in many non-profits and missions organizations, including living and serving in Indonesia, Kenya and South Sudan. He is a graduate of George Fox University majoring in Business Administration (Finance) and Accounting. Greg has previously worked as a Senior Accountant for KPMG and a Manager at Deloitte, New Zealand, where he managed projects and teams in mergers and acquisitions, corporate valuations, and financial due diligence. He spent two years as Chief Financial Officer for a large not-for-profit organization in South Sudan. He currently is a member of the Washington State Board of Accountancy, and the Spokane Estate Planning Council.

Joshua Muema Nyamai
Board Member- Field Director

Engineer Joshua Muema Nyamai, born June 20 1966 in Nairobi Kenya. Joshua is a graduate Civil Engineer from the University of Nairobi. Currently he is a consultant civil engineer based in Nairobi, working with government, corporate clients, and private developer with assignments in roads, buildings, water systems, marine structures, airport facilities, etc. Born again, Joshua previously worked with World Vision International (Kenya office), United Nations Human Settlements Program (UNHABITAT), CARE INTERNATIONAL (NGO) and various consulting engineering firms in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Puntland in Somalia, Djibouti, and Rwanda.

Rev. Benson Ekeno Ekuom
Field Director

Rev. Benson Ekuom leads the field operations of Lifestreams International in its work in northern Kenya and outlying areas. Benson, a member of the Turkana tribe, was mentored as a young man in missions, where he served as an interpreter and liaison. He has BA in Divinity. Since 2000 he has worked in the field leading the following activities: outreach to 17 tribes, agricultural projects to support outreach and sustenance for pastors in training, discipleship training in the field locations and in Lodwar, support for church planters, developing and implementing crusades, seminars, conferences, direct missions work in the bush, work with street children, establishment of orphans and widows programs, etc. The Ekuoms established Glory Outreach Ministries as an indigenous missions organization, registered with the Kenyan government, in 2011.
